Outcome: Our work provided clients with a tailored sustainability roadmap, including actionable recommendations and engagement opportunities across various roles within the organization. This roadmap was developed through a series of workshops: an initial discovery session to assess current capabilities and goals, followed by the presentation of industry insights and examples of leaders in healthcare sustainability. The process culminated in a co-creation workshop, resulting in a detailed future vision presentation that includes an opportunity horizon map and specific solution recommendations.
