Unique Approach: We employed our purpose alignment methodology, connecting sustainability goals with the client’s core business objectives and brand ethos. This approach ensures that sustainability is integrated as a key component of the organization’s identity.

Insight: Through our discovery process, we combined industry insights and client input to create a vision for a sustainable future. This vision reframes sustainability as an integral part of a holistic approach to healthcare, emphasizing the interconnection between environmental stewardship and overall health outcomes.

Outcome: Our work provided clients with a tailored sustainability roadmap, including actionable recommendations and engagement opportunities across various roles within the organization. This roadmap was developed through a series of workshops: an initial discovery session to assess current capabilities and goals, followed by the presentation of industry insights and examples of leaders in healthcare sustainability. The process culminated in a co-creation workshop, resulting in a detailed future vision presentation that includes an opportunity horizon map and specific solution recommendations.
